Cancelation Policy
You are free to cancel your membership to the Spa Marketing Made Easy Community at any time. You may do so by sending an email with your request to [email protected]. We process all cancelations during our normal business hours which are Monday - Friday between 8:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time.
If a request to cancel membership is received after normal business hours or on a holiday it will be processed on the next business day. Once we cancel your membership it is effective immediately. You will no longer have access to the members only site or to the private Facebook group.
We do not offer refunds on cancelations that are received after a payment has processed.
For example, if your monthly payment is processed on the 3rd of every month please submit your cancelation request during normal business hours on the last business day prior to the 3rd if you do not want to be charged for the following month. We will not issue any refunds.
