How do I access the Bundles?
Once you are logged in you can access all of the bundles through the "Content Library" Tab inside your AEC membership. Once you're logged in you can find the "Content Library" tab in the header on the right side of your screen.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at anytime simply by emailing our support team at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you! Once you cancel your membership it will be effective immediately so when you send your request, be sure you're ready to cancel that day.
We will process cancelation requests on the same day that they are recieved assuming that they fall into our normal business hours which are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time. If your request is received after business hours, it will be processed on the next business day.
How do I join the private AEC Facebook group?
Once you're logged into the members area of AEC, simply click on the "Community" tab in the header on the right side of your screen. There you will find a link where you can request to join.
What if I have a question regarding one of the bundles?
If you have a question on any of the content in the bundles, the best thing to do is to submit a question in the Facebook group. We've got a very talented group of professionals with a wide range of experience and they are all incredibly helpful!

How do I register for the monthly coaching calls?
The monthly coaching calls will be held via Facebook live in the private members only group so there is no need to register. We will send out an email with the date and time once they have been confirmed to you can attend live and participate.
What if I am not able to attend the monthly coaching call?
No problem at all! All of the coaching calls are recoreded and the replay will be uploaded to the AEC membership area so that you can view the replay whenever it's convenient for you. You will also have access to them in the private Facebook group.
What if I can't download the workbooks or resources?
First, try right clicking on the download file and clicking the "Save As" button. If that is not working, please contact our support team at [email protected].
